My wifi box wouldn't connect to my app or start at my home. Went into a store and was greeted with friendly smiling faces and had my solution before I left the store.

Lairs. Jamel told me my bill would be $56 for the first month with a free trial for the unlimited data, then I get a text from Cox saying it's $106. I come in and ask them about it, well before my 30 days is up, and of course Jamel isn't there and they tell me that he left no notes in my file about the offer and that they can remove the unlimited data charge but I still have to pay the prorated price for the days I did have the unlimited data, which was what Jamel told would me be free for the first 30 days. Now I have to call Cox and speak with the billing department. Also, many of the employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. One employee called me over to help me out when I arrived as another employee (I think she actually may have been a manager) was talking to him, and she straight up said "I'm talking to you" to him and they had me sit back down to finish their conversation. The same woman was too busy talking with even more of her coworkers to figure out what was going on with me and why I was upset, even though I was the only person in the store. Ridiculous all around. The supervisor I eventually spoke with (I believe her name was Ameris) was professional, but she ultimately was unable to resolve my issue herself and I ended up leaving dissatisfied overall and with more work to do myself. She told me she would have to consult with Jamel and get "both sides of the story," when he could and probably will simply lie about what he said to me, just like he did before.

I've been doing business with this company for over 15 years. they run both of my businesses. I recently closed down one of my businesses in October of last year. 6 months later I'm getting calls from debt collectors telling me that my equipment was never turned in. I was told to drop it off at UPS which I did. now they won't do anything about it if I don't have a tracking number which I can't find cuz at 6 months later I didn't know I needed it. never got a phone call. email nothing. I will be moving my service from my existing business to a different provider. this is very bad business

This is a absolute disgrace of a internet company and honestly shocked how there allowed to legally scam everyone you see there reviews everyone hates them I mean everyone the only people who actually like cox are crazy no sane person like them there internet is the absolute worst I mean you can use dial up internet and reach faster speeds I’ve had 3 support phone calls and 2 techs come out and THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED 2GBPS and getting 128mbps HARDWIRED and 500mpbs wireless lmao what a joke disgrace of a company I am actually going to sue them in small claims for false advertising stating that I can get 2gbps and not even getting half of that

This company has got to be the worst internet provider in the world . The price I pay is $216 per month. This price is very high and the problem is the service is awful. I would have switched a long time ago but they are the only provider allowed at my location. They do not know the word SERVICE. Their customer service does not answer the phone. No message…nothing. Please do not use this company if you have ANY choice.
