  This company has got to be the worst internet provider in the world . The price I pay is $216 per month. This price is very high and the problem is the service is awful. I would have switched a long time ago but they are the only provider allowed at my location. They do not know the word SERVICE. Their customer service does not answer the phone. No message…nothing. Please do not use this company if you have ANY choice.

  I never have internet. I started asking for credits for outages, which were granted. Hope this helps

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I came in simply to return my equipment because I’m moving out of the area and won’t be using the service anymore. The representative I worked with, I believe his name was Jay, made the process unnecessarily difficult. I explained that I have a roommate who wasn’t physically present, and when he asked if I wanted to cancel the service, I said no because cable is included with the rent and I thought I had that option. However, he then told me I couldn’t return the equipment unless I was canceling the service—which made no sense, especially since he was the one who asked the question in the first place. On top of that, when I asked for a receipt, he said it would be emailed. I let him know I was going to take a picture for my records, and he responded by saying I couldn’t take a picture of him. I clarified that I was not taking a picture of him, just the equipment and the store, but his response came off as defensive and rude. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. This situation could have been handled much better with clearer communication and basic customer service. Staff should be better trained on how to assist customers respectfully and efficiently.

  Carina was one of the most sweetest and loving person ever ! She made getting home internet so easy and also gave amazing advice about the gigs and what I’m looking at… I am definitely coming back to get higher speed and a phone plan through her only ! If yall want internet please ask for Carina she is literally amazing !!

  Quick and easy to stop cox. Price for cabel got too high. Over the phone with the main office, they could not reduce my bill even though I had been with they for 20+ years. Suddenly, when I went to replace my equipment they had a $60 deal.
