  I signed up with this coxs. Internet thinking it was gonna be good. Not even a month after I signed up, it kept going out every other week. And I had to keep calling a repairman out to fix it..... every other week for at least 5 months. So it was not worth the money they asked for each month ($61.00) so I went with Spectrum, and i'm happiest can be FOR the last four months! Then after I proceed to get rid of them they did not want to give me my refund /deposit back.They argued with me left, and right......And I never, " ever missed one payment!"

  Every day, my internet cuts out for hours and multiple times a day, I don't hardly get to use the service that is PAID for. If you want speed, usage, and quality, pick any other company.

  It was a nice store, a bit on the smaller side. I thought I was in the wrong store to drop off cable devices because it looks like a traditional cellular phone store. The customer service was excellent, was never inside more than a few minutes.
