  Robert is absolutely amazing. Super helpful and extremely friendly! Loved working with him. THE BLACK LADY NAME DQ OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS, IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I can’t believe she is actually allowed to work around people. I can see why they keep her in the back and make her do phone support.

  Nothing has changed with Spectrum vs Cox! You can't even get a price over the phone for cable. They don't want my business then! Left them for a reason! I just had to be reminded why I left. Thank you for the reminder.

  No, Star is deserved for them. The worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. These pictures show you that for three month this has been the mess in front of my house that they have not come back to fix after repeated calls speaking to supervisors. No one comes to take care of this. I’m concerned that someone is going to trip or fall with the way these wires and flags are set up in my yard and my neighborhood. I throw my hands up in the air with both Cox and now Spectrum. Beware of anything you do with either of these two companies. There are many options now in town.
