Went in with the issue of my smart cameras not connecting. I've spent countless hours calling both Cox & the camera company to no avail. Today I went into this store with the objective of cancelling my service and switching companies. Keia with some input from Robert, was able to diagnose & correct my issue in under 30 mins to keep my business. Crazy that umpteen calls and genuinely around 30 hours collectively (been an ongoing issue for around 5/6 months) didn't work but they finally got this issue sorted out! Keia was awesome! She kept trying and trying until she found a solution. I appreciate you both!

EDIT: Just adding that even returning the modem after canceling service is difficult and time consuming. Tried to return it in person and I would've had to check in, wait in line, and go through a process with an agent. Literally everyone is busy. What possible reason is there to make this process anything other than a simple drop off? Waste of time. I left and will try the UPS option. Feels like theyre again trying to make it difficult so they can get late fees and no return charges from busy people. Glad to be rid of Cox!
ORIGINAL POST: This is about an online experience, but this is my local store so they get the review. I'm 20 minutes into the process of cancelling and still not done. It's designed to be hard apparently. They won't let you cancel without asking a bunch of questions over chat with several minutes of lag between each question. And when I pointed this out to the chat agent they got an attitude about it. Unacceptable.

Give this place 0 stars if I could. The worst place you could ever do business with. They do not care either. Avoid if at all possible.
