    I called the new customer hotline and spoke with a lady who had a very thick Asian accent. I kept repeating that I couldn't understand her and then she hung up. And wouldn't pick up my calls ever after that. Then I called the contact for my apartment complex, and she gave me a 70$ option or an 80$ option. I refused and said the price is not worth it, and only then did she offer me a 60$ option. I will avoid Cox cable indefinitely now. 🚮

    Came in to return my modem and asked to be provided proof of the return. I was told my only option was to sit around for an hour and wait for an email to arrive. They would not provide a confirmation number, would not let me take a photo of the screen. Robert was especially rude.

    Went in with the issue of my smart cameras not connecting. I've spent countless hours calling both Cox & the camera company to no avail. Today I went into this store with the objective of cancelling my service and switching companies. Keia with some input from Robert, was able to diagnose & correct my issue in under 30 mins to keep my business. Crazy that umpteen calls and genuinely around 30 hours collectively (been an ongoing issue for around 5/6 months) didn't work but they finally got this issue sorted out! Keia was awesome! She kept trying and trying until she found a solution. I appreciate you both!
