  Been dealing with cox the last 8 years in NWF. They are second only to FPL in "Worst service ever". Good luck getting a real representative on the phone within an hour. Good luck when your bill is massively different than what you agreed to. And good luck getting out of any of it when you've had enough! I switched to Live oak for residential services and haven't looked back. My business uses cox and their business service is somehow worse. DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU ARE A MASOCHIST. One star because -5 stars is unavailable.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I could tell they just wanted to get me off the phone. I wasn’t asked what my concern was, my account wasn’t searched up as my name wasn’t even asked, and supposedly all they can do is change out modems from what I was told and then hung up on before I could say goodbye.

  If you ever want to cancel the service, never go with Cox especially Business service because they will give you the runaround for hours days months whatever it takes to avoid you canceling their service. This is such a horrible company with customer service that you can’t even put a star on it that’s how bad it is. I can’t even begin to explain the runaround that I got from these people please whatever you do don’t go with Cox. Please go with AT&T way better If I could get -5 stars, I would

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Today we visited the Uptown Station Cox Store and really noticed a difference in Customer Service from the time we arrived into the store we were greeted and helped immediately and the young lady was very helpful in assisting us in replacing our Router. They confirmed everything on our account and got us on our way. We even got politely walked to the door where they even greeted us on our way out. Whomever at Cox has made the noticeable Customer Care Service changes we definitely noticed and I am glad to be a Customer if this is the direction Leadership is taking the brand! Thank you for an AMAZING OVERALL EXPERIENCE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Thanks COX 👏👏👏

  The absolute worst internet i have ever had. Got suckered into the 1000 or 1G fiber and we barley touch 100. It is horrible. I think they got my whole neighborhood on one box. It is so bad and I can't wait toswitch back to old company. I had no choice because they were the only company for new build. Really hate this.
