- GFgarrett fApr 25, 20261.0our house pays 400 dollars a month to Cox. Our Television service goes down at least once a week. Our wifi doesn't work almost every other night. Our internet will randomly drop down to under 1mb's for hours at a time for literally no reason. If you enjoy completely wasting your money while being frustrated all the time, Cox is the internet service for you.

- ADAmanda DeckerJan 1, 20261.0Installed our internet on December 19th, and the technician left an exposed cable running straight across the front yard — a clear trip hazard. It’s now January 1st, and despite leaving three messages with the local office specifically asking when they could come back to bury the line, I’ve received zero response or follow-up. To make matters worse, our mail carrier has already tripped over the cable. I mentioned this in every message, and still nothing. As someone new to the area, I’m extremely disappointed and unimpressed with Cox’s customer service and accountability. We only chose them because we had no other options at the time. The second fiber or any decent alternative becomes available, we will be switching immediately. Avoid if you have any choice at all.
