I recently had an involuntary transfer and thought that I would have to part ways with Astound--the phone number listed on their website only leads to frustrating interactions with contradictory agents who could care less about charging you for everything. Luckily, the local offices more than make up for Astound's out-sourced representatives. Jay is amazing, as is Mike who did the installation and transfer. It is only thanks to Jay that I will remain a customer.
