- TLThomas LearyMay 3, 20261.0Every year Astound tries to increase their monthly charges. This year they tried to increase it by just shy of 40%. When they refused to budge on the new charges, I switched to Verizon and got the same service for almost 50% less than Astound was trying to shake me down for. Stay away from this predatory company.

The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
