- RMRyan martinJul 1, 20261.0fine service and cheap. However I'm moving and need to cancel service and HAVE to CHAT or CALL someone. Completely ridiculous and rather predatory, looking forwards to losing at least an hour of my life to that.
- MGMatt GagliardiJun 19, 20261.0I am not a cox customer and they do not even service our area. However, they came unannounced and started messing with our wires for 5 minutes, then left. We had no internet. I called cox to have that person come out who was doing something to the wires and they refused to send someone since they do not service the area..... If they do not service the area, why was someone in our area doing work, cutting our wires, then leaving. The person on the customer service line was rude and it showed she did not care since I was not a customer. Good luck to anyone that has to use them.

- BBBrianFeb 2, 20261.0Cox is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend. Their representatives lie to you. Every year, when my promotion expires, I call them to find out what the new promotion is. They always give me one price and swear that I am locked in to that price for 1 year. I then usually receive an email with my new plan total that had a totally different price. I then call back and they again get me to the original price that was promised. What do ya know, 2 months later and I’m back to a different price. They are all the same, don’t care about you and just continue to increase prices. When you call in they don’t help you, they try to push cox mobile on you and completely disregard your concerns. They are one of the worst companies and they will jack up your rates year after year. I changed to YoutubeTV and got the same package for half the price.
