I recently switched from Xfinity to Cox for internet and two mobile lines, and during activation there was an issue with the IMEIs/eSIMs that caused me to lose access to one of my phone numbers. I went to the store for help, but the representative was unable to determine what happened, whether my number was still active, or how to restore the eSIM. After a lot of back and forth, I was simply given a customer service number and told to call from home. I expected much better support after making the trip to the store. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location for Cox Mobile issues.

I ended up having Nathan as my customer service man. Don’t know how he even has a job anymore. Acted like I was a bother and that I was lying. I will be looking for a new service.
