I ended up having Nathan as my customer service man. Don’t know how he even has a job anymore. Acted like I was a bother and that I was lying. I will be looking for a new service. The technicians Tom and Chris were both very accommodating and did a fantastic job on the install. Very professional and friendly. No gotchas or hidden fees like Frontier.
