- UAUmair Bin AsimOct 5, 20261.0They were understaffed for the amount of people coming in. And on top of it, they were being particularly slow and sending idle or just going in for extended period of time. Spent more than an hour just to return equipment.

The rep said he put it in and I should expect a email or text 2 days before moving to new address. Of course no email or text came in (why would it?). I then called support and come to find out, the new address is not serviceable by cox/specrum. So im curious, did the guy at the store do anything? Now I have to run to find new service. Never again with this company.

Mr. Gonzalez was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in resolving a complicated eSIM and IMEI issue after I switched my mobile service to Cox. I was very worried that I had lost a phone number I’ve had for 12 years, but he provided reassurance that my number was not lost. He contacted customer care on my behalf, spoke directly with a mobile specialist, and successfully got my number reactivated with the correct IMEI and eSIM. He went above and beyond and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this location, especially for any Cox Mobile or technical issues. Mr. Gonzalez is smart, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers.
