- AUAnastasiya Ustinova3 days ago2.0Wifi kept going on and off all week . So i sceduled an appointmentto have someine come out... without my permission or knowledge they canceled my appointment automatically saying the problem was resolved and it was due to an outage . Ive been on 3 phone calls so far to fix my wifi. Now the appointment is pushed back to 14th even though I originally had it on satuarday. Im very busy so i cant keep scheduling appointment and talking to workers all week. It turned back on and now its turning on and off every 30 minutes . I have asked Caroline ( worker) to speak to a supervisor about the on going situation. They still haven't called me back and at this point Im considering getting a refund for the upcoming month and changing my wifi provider . So if youre a supervisor , the service has been awful . Nobody to contact . Part 2 . Ive started my own investigation and im not the only one in my area who is going through this. Wich means someone is not doing their job

- DMDavid MooreAug 27, 20262.0Two days into an outage and counting. Astound has sent me multiple "your service is restored" notifications. It isn't. I found that out after driving home to work, so back out the door to a cafe I went. When you call support, nobody can tell you what's going on. One rep claimed it was scheduled maintenance, which is news to me, because Astound never sent any notice about maintenance. The outage is one thing but the lack of information is almost worse. Can't wait to have an alternative to switch to.
