- BSBopha SanApr 30, 20265.0Phuong came out to my mom’s house while there was an area outage. Instead of just telling her there was an outage and leaving, he actually took the time to go to the pole, replaced the drop, and even replaced the outlet. He made sure everything was clean and done right, my mom even said it looked cleaner than before he got there. Once the service was restored, what really stood out was that Phuong called her around 4:30 PM to personally let her know the internet was back up. That meant a lot to her. She was so happy with the service, she asked me to write this review for her. That alone says everything. PS: Thank you for taking care of my mom, Phuong. 10+ service 👍

Before even coming into my house, he put on shoe covers — small detail, but it shows the level of professionalism. There was an area outage at the time, but he still took the time to go above and beyond. He made sure everything was in compliance, replaced the aerial drop, and even swapped out the outlet to make sure everything was done right.
