- MCMike Critelli1 day ago1.0Terrible store for a terrible internet provider. Canceled my Spectrum service because it cost 3x what 5g internet from TMobile costs, but still needed to return my modem. Spectrum says you can drop it off at the store. Great! …Except I couldn’t. Arrived and found a massive line with 2 of the 3 staff just standing around doing nothing, who told me I needed to drop off UPS, instead of the Spectrum store I was already at!! So glad I switched. Santa Barbara: cancel Spectrum!!!! Now that we have better options, go choose anyone else.

My situation was pretty complicated and took a lot of time to sort out, but he never rushed me and really took the time to help me figure everything out. I truly appreciate his patience and effort！

You can’t even leave the store while you wait because they only notify you of your turn by yelling out your name once. Now the modem doesn’t work. A complete joke and feels like a scam. Hoping I can find a better service provider in Santa Barbara.
- RWRobyn WoodSep 9, 20265.0Wow, I just visited the Santa Barbara Cox store on September 9 from 1:30 to 2 PM and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing the service was! Whoever the manager is on shift should get a raise because she was incredible. Every single person that walked through the door was annoyed, and she smiled, and she was patient she offered water and clearly communicated the wait time. I watched several employees walk customers and hold the door open for them the whole team was professional and kind.
