  August 12th 2026 another outage. At least twice a month we have outages, this is the worst cable service on earth, I don't know how people up here put up with it they need to contact FCC. They need negative Stars fort Cox.

  The lady I spoke with was very kind, but there should be a different area to just pick up my box for my router because I waited 45 minutes to an hour for her to grab it from the back in one minute

  Cox charged $820.64- as an “early termination fee” 2 months after I disconnected our service after 4 years. Why didn't they notify me at the time of the disconnection when I did it in April? Park (the service representative) said he was not in the conversation when I terminated service so I needed to pay the penalty if the contract said so. I clearly saw that his goal was make me pay this charge, so I asked he minded if I record the conversation from there. He said “YES, I MIND” and refused when they are already recording. In California, I have a right to record this conversation so I told him I would start recording. Immediately after, he put me on hold to speak his supervisor. He came back to the line and said all the charges are credited to $0. My point here is; “You can record the conversation both you and Cox must be aware of it (in California). When a Cox notifies you that the call is being recorded for training purposes, they are establishing two-party (or all-party) consent. This means you are legally allowed to record your end of the call, provided you explicitly state that you are also recording them and they choose to continue the conversation.” Please notify customer for “early termination fee” AT THE TIME OF DISCONNECTING THE SERVICE, not 2 month later. Also the CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHT TO RECORD THE CONVERSATIONS if you are recording on your ends. Thank you.

  Internet is out very frequently causing issues with home security connection, cannot ever make payment arrangements online. Seriously considering changing providers due to the unreliable service and inconveniences.

  Exceptional service from the staff at this store. Had an issue with the over the phone customer service, went in to this store and they helped me figure everything out. Above and beyond.
