He showed up to an unexpected downed line on a 16 degree grade street on an 80 degree day and stayed for 2 hours to make sure that the connection to both flats was back online that day. He also went out of his way to remove old wires and install the new ones so that the wires were cleanly installed and as wind/water protected as they could be. Excellent service, and a nice guy to boot!
