- SSscion456Jun 28, 20265.0I hope I have the correct location for this review as last Friday on June 26 2026 I had a service call and the technician was Jorge he gave me a QR code to write this review but when I said I will write it latter and I placed my phone down to close the door after Jorge left the review I was going to write wasn't there anymore. Jorge was friendly and nice to talk to and replaced Astound equipment that were already outdated. Jorge gave me good advice and info.Thanks for the service call.
