  Spectrum sucks cox. Most unnecessarily frustrating experience Ive ever had dealing with a service provider. Called in 3 times and dealt with multiple managers trying to transfer my account to my roommate. They told me I had to go in the store to do it. Went to the store and they STILL wouldnt do it. How are we letting companies get away with such awful customer service? I guess monopolies are how.

  First time I went bad costumer service, couple of months later they close earlier than the time posted online very unprofessional the big girl with make up was just staring at us

  Worst customer service. Had to drop off equipment and there were 3 employees. Was waiting about 15 mins and one was just walking around with his hands in his pockets just looking at the people waiting.

  Carlos horrible costumer service. Cox if you want to lay employees off he should be on the list. You do not want someone who doesn’t know how to treat people with respect.

  What seemed like it would be an easy transaction took a lot longer than expected. And through the whole process, she kept trying to talk us into getting a new phone from them. The rates and terms and prices were very confusing. Cost more than the website said it should, but next year it will drop? Got the new box home and the ONLY instructions in the box said to scan a bar code. Very little information there. My wife tried that while I was installing the wiring and she almost fried my credit card! I tried it and found a really stupid setup process. One sheet of instructions ON PAPER would have saved us a lot of frustration.
