  Carlos horrible costumer service. Cox if you want to lay employees off he should be on the list. You do not want someone who doesn’t know how to treat people with respect.

  What seemed like it would be an easy transaction took a lot longer than expected. And through the whole process, she kept trying to talk us into getting a new phone from them. The rates and terms and prices were very confusing. Cost more than the website said it should, but next year it will drop? Got the new box home and the ONLY instructions in the box said to scan a bar code. Very little information there. My wife tried that while I was installing the wiring and she almost fried my credit card! I tried it and found a really stupid setup process. One sheet of instructions ON PAPER would have saved us a lot of frustration.

  I wanted to share my experience with cox communications. I had had their service for almost ten years. For about the past four years, they have been charging me $240 a month for just internet that's right.Just internet. I tried calling around different services and no one at the time.Had open service agreements for my area. My mother in law happened to be in t mobile, and they had an opening with their service provider at $55 a month. I went in to cancel my account with cox.I stated to them that I was paying way too much for years and I wanted to cancel my policy. Of course, they tried lowering it, then to talk me out of it. But I told them no. I already found another service provider.I want to pay the balance today to shut off my account and be done with it. I paid $240 cash turned in all of My equipment and went about my day. Now 2 and a half months later they are harassing me saying I now owe them $100. I literally went inside the store and told them I want to pay everything off and he said that was it. Now they set me to collections over $100 after I was loyal to them for years and they made so much money off of me.I cannot believe it. I just want to share everybody about this huge monopoly and the unfairness about it. I am just a small person.So now this is gonna go on my credit.And I feel like it's unfair. I want to make the community aware of this so unfairness. I will be writing a review also and possibly filing a complaint too bbb
