With the Spectrum takeover of (formerly) Cox, both cable television and Internet service has gone completely downhill. TV will either freeze and/or stop, rewind 45 seconds, play, stop, rewind 45 seconds, play, stop, rewind... I have to turn off the TV to get this behavior to stop. Definitely not acceptable. Internet will just basically stop if any type of aircraft is flying in the area. Cox may have had it's issues but Spectrum is NOT an upgrade in service.

Terrible customer service in store. Our router wasn’t working so we returned everything including cables. They said they replaced power cable and all. Internet still didn’t work after the exchange. We had to wait for a technician the next day and tell us it’s the power cable that didn’t work. So the female in-store employee lied to us about replacing everything (probably the manager). 5 stars to the technician who had to do that store employees job. I wish I asked for his name, he did his job unlike the the store employee. She could’ve saved everyone the headache but chose not to.

Staff is great. The AI assistant both on the phone and on the site are just the worst. Answers are all not helpful. I didn't mind waiting the extra 23 minutes to speak to a real employee.

Spectrum is nothing like cox. It’s been like a torture to work with them. Every step takes days to move onto the next. They don’t know what they are doing. Issue 1 They moved my phone lane to their service from AT&T. They didn’t know it was locked even tho it’s paid off. Now they can’t provide me a phone from spectrum cause that takes a day or two for some reason. So i can’t log into my bank accounts etc. they can’t even get it done even tho I offered to buy an unlock from from outside or from them. Issue 2 They transferred another number also from AT&T . They put the number in wrong. So I had to come back here again cause for some reason when they put the number wrong it takes another day to correct. I came back. They didn’t help me because the employee that helped me wasn’t in. Issue 3 My home internet works on my phone sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t. Doesn’t work on my tv at all for some reason. These guys are huge mess. I wish never walked into this business so i would have never had to come back like 5 times.

in suing you and calling my bank to get a refund. i really hope someone see this as you’ve made it impossible for me to connect with an agent. this is sdge level fraud update: they said reach out to them via twitter or facebook…even if i did have either of those, i wouldn’t do that. how overly ghetto of them. see you in small claims court 💋
