  sales reps will attempt to scam you by saying you NEED the $80/$100+ dollar plan, claiming you cannot “stream” on any plan lower than that. i have two laptops, two tv’s, and two phones in my home. never had an issue on the $50 plan, as expected, despite what i was told by their salespeople. EXCEPT when they have neighborhood outages, which is often. if this happens, dont attempt to connect with their customer service. they will not help. sadly, i don’t have any option besides cox as they have a monopoly over my building. but if you have the option for a different provider, id highly recommend anyone else.

  Absolute garbage internet and assistance. One of the worst companies Ive ever interacted with. Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

  Owen was amazing! Super helpful and made sure to get us the best deal possible. Would highly recommend this location! Go in person, the process is so easy and quick.

  Went 3 times to store about new phone s I bought 2 weeks ago , problem withe texting , sell person listened then said it was on the senders side, then hand a brochure and said call them , he returned to the sales table with 2 other employees and rolled his eyes, ,I plan on cancelling my service the end of the month, terrible service ,the manager needs to clean house
