  AVOID THIS PLACE! Bait and switch pricing and unreliable service. Installation was delayed for weeks with no communication. The manager, Joseph, was not helpful and didn’t take accountability after they messed up. Would not recommend.

  I cannot say ENOUGH WONDERFUL things about this Cox store in Hillcrest!! I give this place the biggest 5 stars I can give them. I'd give them 10 if I could!! Within the last 2 years, I have moved homes twice and each time I have had any home internet issues or service transfer problems - the folks over at the HILLCREST store are always sooooo much more knowledgeable than other stores in SD and even more so than the agents over the phone. Not only that, but the employees in Hillcrest are patient, very understanding and always willing to listen to the real problem at hand. Thank YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart for always helping me resolve my issues. No other Cox store in San Diego is as supportive and helpful as you all!! Thank you Sammy, (when you were there for being so helpful)., a BIG shout out to Joseph for helping me too and Lili!! Truly and profoundly thankful to you all!!! Thanks Hillcrest Hub - you guys are the best!!!

  I tried to get new internet for my rental. They insisted I had to call Cox to do this. I call their “customer service line” and get patched into their sales team who tries to have my fill out a survey of what I’m using the internet for. They wouldn’t tell me the prices until I gave them this personal info. Then they tried to insist I needed “unlimited” data. They also *conveniently* failed to mention the cheapest option 300mbps. When I asked about the price of 300mbps they again *conveniently* forgot to mention the cheapest option 1.5tb per month and would only give me the unlimited price. The lady on the phone was also very sassy. I just think of my grandma calling in here and getting blatantly uncharged for service that she doesn’t need. In Europe the avg price of 300mbps is 20 euros here Cox is charging 2.5x as much money.
