  The had me change my google business profile to help rankings but then google canceled my verification so I stopped receiving reviews. I've now asked to have my account canceled but since I've asked them to cancel nobody has gotten back to me while they continue to charge me monthly.

  I cannot recommend Agent Elite enough. When my Google Business Profile was suspended, I felt incredibly overwhelmed trying to navigate Google's complex reinstatement guidelines. Josiah and Liz took total control of the situation, pinpointed the issues, and successfully got my listing verified. Their communication throughout the entire process was stellar. We are now transitioning into the local SEO phase to grow our search rankings, and I have complete confidence in their strategic approach. True professionals! I refer them 100%

  I would not recommend Agent Elite based on my experience. The company made significant promises regarding website performance, lead generation, traffic, and ongoing management that were never delivered. During the sales process, I was led to believe that their platform and marketing efforts would drive meaningful traffic and business opportunities without me having to move a finger. They also mentioned that I would not have to deal with any domain renewals as they would handle everything for me. In reality, the website generated very little value, and the design itself was generic and far from impressive. Customer service was another major disappointment. Calls to their support line often went unanswered, emails frequently went without a response, and it sometimes took weeks to hear back from anyone. When you're paying for a service that is supposed to support your business, that level of communication is unacceptable. The pricing was also misleading. I signed up based on a low introductory monthly fee, only to later discover that the cost had nearly doubled without clear communication or notice. Transparency is critical in any business relationship, and I felt blindsided by the increase. What ultimately frustrated me the most was the cancellation process. I made multiple attempts to cancel the service, yet the monthly fees continued to be charged while my requests were being ignored or delayed. It took more than a month to finally get the service canceled. During that time, my website was not functioning properly, yet the company refused to reimburse any of the charges for the months in which the service was not working as expected. There was no hesitation in denying refunds, despite the ongoing issues and lengthy delays in resolving the cancellation. Overall, my experience was one of unfulfilled promises, poor communication, unexpected price increases, and a frustrating cancellation process. I encourage anyone considering Agent Elite to carefully review the contract terms, ask detailed questions about pricing and cancellation policies, and have realistic expectations about the level of support they may receive.
