The technician improved our internet signal by raising the dish, aiming it to another tower, and explaining what he did in clear language. Great service from Succeednet in The Foothills too!

We are new to Succeed but the installation experience and set up was perfect. Timely, quick, simple. Everything worked the first time. Sterlie cleaned up all the old equipment, made everything work, and even made sure our bluetooth pool stuff was all functioning. Great job!

Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL.
With no notice they raised my bill.
I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING.
Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again).
Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past.
This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to.
I'm going to have to find an alternative.
This company has LOST ITS WAY.
There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to.
No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.
