I do appreciate that they did their best to help me with my needs. Place is super clean and a little cold 🥶 Plenty of street parking. I recommend this place. Thank you so much!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive from the first call—I called ahead, and they quickly guided me to replace my internet device. Their service has always been top-notch. There's plenty of parking, and it’s located in a large shopping center with stores like TJ Maxx, and even ice cream. It’s a great spot to visit—convenient and hassle-free.

It is not cheaper and it is quite unreliable. They maybe think customers’ time is not valuable. If a customer is paying for a service that does not work, it is the company responsibility to fix issues without unconvincing their customer.
- IHisrael hernandezApr 8, 20261.0Really bad experiance, as soon as i walked in you can feel a bad bad atmosphere, every employee just looking down at their phones no one welcoming customers in at all, DANIEL VENEGAS one of the worst employees i have ever dealt with, not the best attitude, i was there to activate my account the i started online, he said he would give a deal for 24 months instead of 12 just for a few extra dollar, i said ok, out of a sadden he moved from his tablet to a computer without saying anything just leaving me there waiting, then he just came out with a new modem and said, there you go you are good to go, again with a really bad attitude, it was not until a couple hours later when i got an confirmation email with my account summary, i found out he did not gave me the package he offered me in first place, it was the one i selected online so i called the store to ask him why he did'nt get me the package he offered, he said, oh i couldn't because you selected a different one, ok i get but he didn't tell that in person, when i said i wanted to file a complaint he hangd up on me, AGAIN he is DANIEL VENEGAS. DANIEL VENEGAS. DANIEL VENEGAS Do not let him get to you he should be FIRED
