    After my service was initially connected, my internet service dropped shortly after the Technician left. I called Astound for support, but they were unable to identify the problem. They sent out another Technician the very next day. The technician that showed up was very knowledgeable, and found the issue after doing some checks. I was very pleased with his expertise, and my internet connection is better than ever!

    Great providers! Over a year ago we moved into a new rental, by the second day they was a card on our door for astound internet they didn’t push anything just wanted to let us know they were in the area, we ended up really needing internet one night around 7 pm, we texted the number in the card not thinking we would get a response but we did, Joe Martell answered almost immediately and was able to get our internet on that night!! It was such a smooth process, Joe is simply the best super professional and amazing at his job, totally recommend using astound.

    It's been a difficult process to get my internet working. A 30 minute phone call and and a 1hr 15 minute services call to get everything working. I appreciate the tech for persisting until it worked.

    I recently purchased internet service from Astound. The installation date was 1/26/26. I purchased the $50 per month “Free” installation option. When my bill came through email, I was charged $99 for the installation and $60 for the monthly service. This is directly contradictory to SB 478 (Hidden Fees Statute) that prohibits advertising a lower price and adding hidden fees later in the buying process. I contacted Astound customer service on 1/31/26 and the customer service representative told me that a mistake had been made, and they would reverse charges for the installation, but I would have to provide my bank routing number and account number to get the $50 per month rate. I provided the banking information, but on 2/2/26 (Two days later), $174.94 was deducted from my checking account which included the installation charge!! I was not prepared for the immediate deduction nor was I told this would happen. I ended up bouncing three checks because the $174.94 was taken from my account without my notification or consent. I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and this is not the way a company should treat its customers. I had to lodge a formal complaint with the FCC, but I was never repaid the $45 in bounced check fees. After the horrible billing situation I then had to deal with extremely slow internet speeds. I called Astound to send a Service Tech to troubleshoot my internet speed. Since I still had my previous internet provider running parallel service until Astound was up and running, I showed the Tech that I had conducted all the troubleshooting steps and proved to the Astound Technician that the 300 Mbps from my (current) ISP was faster with no buffering than the 1000 Mbps that I was paying for with Astound. All the technician would say is that the speed test shows I was getting 1000 Mbps. “I don’t care about a speed test when I can prove that I’m getting screwed”. My neighbor warned me that Astound was a sketchy company, but I didn’t listen.

    Latency issues in online games for 2 months now. I am connected directly to my router using a ethernet cable. Bought a new Modem/Router but it did not fix our issue. The tech that came out was not able to fix the issue and we were charged $80 for no results. Supervisor’s phone number we were given goes straight to voicemail. He does not pick up. update: Jackie got back to me and credited the tech visit fee to my account since the issue was not resolved.
