This happens across devices and restarting the modem/router gateway doesn't do anything. It's unfortunate our country allows internet providers like Cox to have a monopoly. I'm considering cancelling altogether and just using my tmobile hotspot since it's cheaper and provides better / more consistent connection. Better internet alternatives like Starlink and Google fiber can't come to OC fast enough...
