  I came in with an issue that couldn’t get resolved by multiple locations. As I arrived to this one I was greeted by a gentleman named Nicholas. He was quick and to the point while maintaining professionalism and was knowledgeable on what I was having issues with. I would recommend you go to him for any troubles

  Cox always has outages in my area. This has been happening for years. When the internet is down, everything else is down because Cox uses its internet to run its cable tv and phone services. They never credit customers when they have outages. We pay the full-service price for partial service.

  want to recognize Xavier Tony for providing the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and he genuinely cared. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered.
