Tech support is non existent and if you happen to get a human on the phone they will be in India (Thanks for outsourcing more jobs Cox). They also run an open Cox wifi, backed doored on your modem, which is a huge security risk. They have been sued for it and still do it. I asked that they turn the open Wi-Fi on my modem off and they lied to me saying they did. As soon as another provider is available, I'm out.
