    FIVE STAR review for a tech named Shawn. .On tuesday we had a pretty frustrating experience with our internet going out multiple times some days. 1st tech did not fix the issue and a follow up appt was possibly 2 days down the road. That is when I posted my initial 1 star review. However on Wednesday morning I received a text saying a new tech named Shawn would arrive in about 5 minutes so I raced home. Met Shawn here where he did multiple tests including crawling under my house with me to the underground wire coming into our home. He determined that our old underground line was now defective and needed to be replaced. Myself being a contractor for 40 plus years realized a new underground line was not going to happen and said I had no problem with a new overhead line. I said if you could help me now I could bring my crew home and we would assist him with my crew and equipment and could have it completed within an hour, which we did. As an employer this is exactly the kind of employee every company wants, needs and should valve. Shawn did a fantastic job. Vyve called me this after seeing my previous review this morning on my cell and saw all our outages on our account and credited some back on our next bill. I appreciated that very much. I also took down my previous review as the problem has been resolved.

    I’ve had issues with Vyve since they took over for Northland. Northland was amazing! Fast internet never had any outages or WiFi just dropping. Vyve is horrible I highly recommend nobody EVER get service with them. I will tell everybody to go with somebody else for an internet provider. Just today alone I had to call 4 times to complain about my internet just dropping off the face of the earth. They are horrible.

    Its been a nightmare trying to have them send someone to fix our cables outside etc because our set up is too difficult AND I WAS TOLD THIS FROM THE TECHNICIANS. They refuse to give me a discount for last month (this months billing cycle) my Internet has been having issues for a whole month now going onto two months. I'm so disappointed with the team you guys send out to help me. I'm just disappointed I don't even know what happened to the hardworking kind people that used to work there when I had issues awhile back. Don't go through them if you have a older home 🫩

    Taye from customer support she was more than helpful. So happy to hear there is still social people in the world. She was very thoughtful and sweet. While I have yet to receive help from a technician to fix my problem with the wifi that's fine patience is a virtue so we will see hopefully today or Monday. In all honesty you can't beat the speeds they give you here! If you end up a long-standing customer like myself MAKE SURE you check your mail or emails if you notice your bill goes up. That was a mistake I had to learn. They give great promotions but they do expire so stay on top of renewing them so you still pay the amount you can afford every month! Taye was so great at explaining that to me! That woman needs a raise Vyve!
