- JFJohn FerraroMay 13, 20263.0Instead of providing the, safest most secure and equal protection for all, COX for whatever reason they believe, the WiFi 7(Panoramic 8) is locked behind a multi layer fee structure forcing customers into a Gigabit data plan even the tech is backwards compatible and your neighborhood doesn't have dedicated fiber. Also, the router is locked into one channel instead of auto selecting the lowest traffic every router is on the same channel. It's doesn't seem very customer oriented in my opinion. My issue was not resolved.

The only reason we use them is because there’s no other capable provider in Laguna Niguel where I live. Is a monopoly. Their service is always out for both cable TV and Internet. They’re extremely expensive overpriced and their equipment is awful too 40 seconds left in the Rams game against the Panthers and the typical Cox fashion. The cable goes out. If given the option use anyone but cox.

- ACa cDec 2, 20251.0Worst experience ever went in to trade my phone in and they canceled my old data plan and switch it to there plan and put my service on a different phone and told me I would have to wait till the next day around 12 to have sevice on my phone The next day comes around its 12pm and still dont have sevice they all keep giving me the run around DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE the lady then tells me come into the store and it will TAKE 10 MINUTES we were stuck there for 50 minutes and still dont have a phone that work
