  I went to Cox because my Cox Mobile line had very weak data service, and I needed help resolving the issue. When I explained the problem to Sami, he told me to call Customer Service. I explained that I had already contacted Customer Service and was still unable to resolve the problem. Instead of trying to help me or find another solution, Sami was dismissive and told me, “If you don't like Cox, you may switch to another carrier.” I found this response extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was simply asking for help with a problem with my Cox Mobile service. Being told to switch to another carrier is not an appropriate way to treat a customer who is asking for assistance. I left the interaction very disappointed with the way I was treated. Cox is a large company, and I do not believe someone with this kind of attitude should be representing the company and interacting with customers. I hope Cox management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated in situations like this.

  This is my second time visiting this Cox store, and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service on both occasions. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and never felt like I was being rushed through my visit. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when dealing with internet or account-related issues that can sometimes be frustrating. The store is also always clean, organized, and inviting, and there are always employees available and ready to assist. Both of my experiences here have been positive, and the consistency really stands out to me. You can tell that the employees care about providing a good experience for their customers. I truly appreciate the professionalism and helpful attitude of the team at this location and would definitely recommend this Cox store to anyone who values excellent customer service!

  Inviting area. Easy check in. Not too long of a wait at lunch time on a Monday. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Sammi was very helpful!
