- JJjohnnyqmanJun 11, 20261.0Horrible service. Entered store to return equipment and no one greeted me. I saw a ipad in front to enter my name and reason I was there. I did that and sat down. I saw 3 cox employees at computers two were helping customers and one was just playing with his computer. There was also 3 other people waiting and getting frustrated as the time passed. I waiting 2O minutes and left since I was on my lunch break. Never go back to this store.
