  Worst experience I ever had with internet in so cal. Takes forever to call. Once you get the call and schedule something they can’t even follow what you scheduled. Like say you want WiFi cancelled in 2 day, they will cancel the wifi next day. I just moved apartments and the wifi transfer was literally the most difficult part of the process. I would really consider cox a last resort internet carrier if you can’t get wifi elsewhere.

  Terrible Customer Service: They Just Take Your MoneyAvoid this Cox store. I got my WiFi router from them, and my bill started at $50. After a few months, they charged me extra fees. When I called them, they made excuses.One month, I had to pay $150 for extra data charges. Because of that, I changed my plan from the $50 plan to the $80 unlimited data plan. But the next month, they still charged me $104 for extra data! This makes no sense because I already had an unlimited data plan.When I called the store to cancel my service, the lady refused to help me. She said I had to call a different call center and bring the equipment back first. They only care about taking your money. I do not recommend them.

  Michael always goes above and beyond thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through Cox Mobile and all of your services. I truly appreciate your patience and knowledge. I’m thrilled to now have both my internet and phone service with Cox, and the entire experience has been seamless because of his help. Highly recommend!

  I want to recognize the store manager Natcha (Ben) Sookchit for his professionalism and patience. After my concerns were initially dismissed by another employee, he took the time to listen carefully, treated me with respect, and addressed the situation thoughtfully. He remained calm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping resolve the issue. His excellent customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you for taking customer concerns seriously and handling them with such professionalism.
