The connection is constantly dropping, slowing down, or just completely unavailable when I actually need it. For the price I’m paying every month, I expect reliable internet—not something I have to constantly restart, troubleshoot, or wonder if it’s going to work that day. I shouldn’t be paying premium prices for a service that is this inconsistent. Why am I paying so much for internet that half the time doesn’t work? At this point, I’m paying for a service I can’t even depend on. Definitely not worth the money.
