  Worst experience of my 24-year career. I am a leader in online marketing in my marketplace and switching my website to their platform was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Their team was difficult to work with, and despite me owning my domain & site, they would now allow my team access to make changes or optimize to improve traffic, they pushed to buy their add-on services instead. Eventually I cancelled service, and they installed a bot to block my ads from running (from 2 successful 3rd party companies, including Google Local Services). After years of hearing good things, industry professionals have all noted that something changed at the company and it is going downhill fast, Stay away!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding service from day one!** I can’t say enough good things about Agent Image. From the initial salesperson to the original designer who handled my site setup, the service has been top-notch across the board. A special shoutout to Ella—she handles my monthly updates, helps with downloading my blog, and promptly answers every single question I have. She is absolutely excellent and makes managing my site completely stress-free. If you need a website built or managed, I highly recommend looking them up. And don't let the name fool you—they don't just do real estate websites, they do everything! Definitely worth every penny.

  I could not be happier with my experience working with Agent Image. My professional real estate website is now live, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, their project managers and development team were attentive, responsive, and committed to getting every detail right. When my original project manager moved on to a new opportunity, Andi stepped in and handled the transition seamlessly. She quickly became familiar with the project, kept everything moving forward, and did an outstanding job bringing the website across the finish line. Michael Mendoza has also been exceptional from the very beginning. He is consistently available, follows through on his commitments, and has been someone I could rely on throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful to the entire Agent Image team for the care and effort they put into my website. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were first-class from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Agent Image to any real estate professional looking for a company that takes both its work and its clients seriously.

  If it wasn't for Michael, I honestly would have canceled my account with Agent Image. When I first started this project, I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I had very little confidence that my website would turn out the way I envisioned, and I wasn't even sure I'd be able to use it effectively. Michael completely changed that experience. Not only did he help create a clear path forward, but he also worked alongside another company to help merge my website instead of forcing me to choose between the two platforms. While the other company's customer service was slow, unresponsive, and often took days, and sometimes even weeks, to answer questions, Michael consistently responded quickly, remained patient, and delivered on his commitments. He went above and beyond by helping me navigate questions involving both companies, even when they weren't directly his responsibility. Throughout the entire process, Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive. He greeted every conversation with positive energy and genuinely made me feel like he wanted to help. As customers, we don't always understand every technical aspect of a project, but having someone like Michael makes the entire process much smoother. He has an exceptional ability to explain things clearly, solve problems, and make what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. It's employees like Michael who keep customers loyal to a company. Michael, I also want to personally thank you for everything you've done throughout this project. You've been incredibly patient, professional, and supportive every step of the way. I especially appreciate how calm you remained whenever I had questions or concerns. That made a tremendous difference, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Rather than updating my previous review, I wanted to write a review dedicated specifically to you because you've absolutely earned it. I wanted my feedback to reflect the experience I had working directly with you. Thank you again for your hard work, your professionalism, and the exceptional level of customer service you provided.   Absolute Nightmare Experience – Total Lack of Competence and Constant Broken Promises If I could give Agent Image zero stars, I would. What was promised to be a seamless, professional web design experience turned out to be an absolute disaster from start to finish. Here is just a fraction of what you can expect if you hire them: Shocking Lack of Quality & "Design" Talent: Their so-called "design experts" are anything but expert. They posted blurry, pixelated logos, mismatched element sizes, and created pages that looked like a visual throw-up of a dozen different font sizes and styles. Basic Fact & Spelling Errors: They managed to spell our names differently all across the website. Worse, their geography skills are apparently non-existent—they literally put mountains on a map of Florida. Zero Project Management or Communication: There is no organized task list, no structured timeline, and virtually no meaningful communication. We had to ask for the simplest, most basic changes over and over again because nobody was paying attention to our feedback. Endless Excuses and Broken Timelines: We were initially told the project would take 6 weeks. We are now well past 10 weeks and still waiting for a usable site. All Talk, No Substance: Every time we expressed frustration, we were met with fluffy corporate buzzwords: "It’s all hands on deck!" or "You are our top priority!" Blah, blah, blah. It’s a mountain of lip service with zero action or results behind it. Save yourself the massive headache, wasted money, and endless frustration. Agent Image delivers amateur work, missed deadlines, and empty promises. What a horrible, horrible experience.
