For the website updates we recently needed to do there was a lot of back and forth and Drop was always quick to respond, friendly, helpful, and professional.   I had a great experience working with Agent Image, and especially with Drop, who was my representative throughout the process. He was exceptional to work with and really took the time to understand my vision for our website and what was important to our business. The entire team worked hard to bring that vision to life, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. One of my favorite features is the individual community map functionality, which allows clients to easily explore the different areas we serve. I also love our dedicated military relocation page. We work with so many military families relocating to and from the JBLM area, so having a website that really speaks to those clients was very important to me. Drop was responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the process. He listened to my feedback and worked with the team to make sure the finished website represented our brand and the clients we serve. The only downside was that the overall process took longer than I originally anticipated. Some of that was certainly on my end as we worked through content, feedback, and decisions, but I do think the overall timeline could have been a little more streamlined. That said, I’m very happy with where we landed and appreciate how much work Drop and the Agent Image team put into getting my vision online. I would absolutely recommend them to other real estate professionals looking for a customized website.

From the beginning of building my website to getting everything just the way I wanted it, Sayat was there. He listened to me, he understood what I was trying to create, and most importantly, he had patience with me and I know I can be very particular and picky when it comes to my business and my brand!
