  We switched to Cox cell phone service on Campbell in Tucson, over six months ago. We were promised a gift card after three months of paying our bill on a timely manner. We fulfilled our end of the bargain, paying our bill on time for three months (and since). Now it’s been three and a half months since and we still have not been issued our gift card. We were denied the gift card initially, stating that the information we were given was invalid but without explanation as to what that meant. We have since been to the store at least four times and I have called several times asking what is being done to get us our promised gift card. I don’t understand, after all this aggravation, they can’t issue us a new gift card and void the old one!? They tell us they don’t know who’s even processing our gift card due to the switch to Spectrum. I am furious. Honestly, at this point ,I don’t care if it’s due to transitioning to Spectrum. They need to fix this problem now. We have been waiting for them to give us what we rightfully earned nearly 4 months now! Absolutely ridiculous! Honestly, I have never been so angry at a company before. This is the worst, most aggravating situation, we have had with any company. In addition, I have never received a phone call from the store explaining anything. I have always had to call them and it looks like I’m going to have to call them again as it’s been another week of not hearing anything! They keep giving us the runaround. It’s like they want us to give up so they don’t have to give us anything.We will be leaving this company, but I want to get my gift card that they promised us first. We are furious! We don’t recommend this company. The people seemed really nice that worked there but now I don’t even care about that. They aren’t doing enough to solve this problem. we don’t know what’s going on behind the scene, but they never ever reach out and inform us of anything even if nothing has changed they’ve never taken the time to tell us.

  The staff was great. Unfortunately the store was very understaffed for the number of customers. The average wait was an hour. Most customers were returning equipment because they were unsatisfied with billing, quality of connection, and very poor online/ telephone problem solving service. Me included.

  Honestly the best experience. Literally everyone in the store was so helpful and kind as well patient with all my questions . Very thankful for this location

  If you are coming in, talk with Brandon! He is kind, friendly, and it was great just talking with him. We came in to pick up our new modem and while pulling up our account he noticed we were paying too much for our internet services. Without changing what I have, he was able to cut our bill in Half! In genuinely felt like he wanted to help us and not just upsell us. Also he found out that our services came with cable at our new apartment. He went above and beyond with helping us get a better price. Lastly even though the system was giving him trouble to get us the discount he worked hard to figure out how to get it to work and save us on our bill. Thank you Brandon!
