Daniel was not only professional and helpful, but genuinely a **nice human being and an all-around good guy**. We actually had a fun time trying to find the perfect spot in the store to take a picture of my ID because the lighting and Cox’s AI system didn’t seem to want to cooperate with each other! 😂 Daniel was patient, kept a great attitude, and we finally found the **sweet spot** where everything worked. It’s rare to come across someone who can turn a frustrating technical issue into a fun and positive experience. Daniel’s friendliness, patience, and sense of humor really stood out. **Cox is lucky to have him.** Thank you, Daniel, for the great service and for making my visit enjoyable!

- JLJennifer LacieAug 13, 20265.0I talk to several COX Employees in Tucson, AZ, Broken Arrow, OK and COX customer service on the phone and they all blew off helping me get COX Internet at the address moved to in Catoosa, OK. However, when I went to return my Tucson, Arizona COX Internet box Chris deserves a raise because he took the initiative to help look into how to get Internet at the address I moved to. Thanks to his efforts a ticket was made to look into it. Sure enough when a COX field personnel came out, 2 of my neighbors already have the service. He needs to be in charge of training the other COX communication personnel to make that kind of effort. I have been a long standing customer for several years and all those employees were willing to let me go without any effort to keep an existing customer. CHRIS is a true MVP, I hope COX values him and keeps him around a long time.
