  We had to upgrade our monthly internet due to our household of 2 becoming a household of 4. They said if we opened a mobile line we could get our home internet for $50 a month. Came in and Alex helped us, asked how much 3 lines would be and it was $50/person. Much cheaper than what I was paying for Verizon and Cox uses Verizon network which is a sweet deal. Since we were porting 3 lines it was a lot of back and forth with Verizon. Alex was very patient with us each time and gave us exceptional customer service. Alex was straightforward with the cost and estimate of our monthly bill and provided suggestions for the best way for us to save money. We even went back to add 2 more lines because we were very satisfied with our service. Javier helped us today and provided excellent customer service while we shopped for phones and even gave us recommendations for which phone would be best for our needs. Truly happy with my experience each time! Definitely recommend coming here for your internet and mobile needs.

  Haley helped me twice now. She is an outstanding employee and soo helpful. I only wish that the manager. Alex, would have the same qualities. He made 3 errors on my behalf and it took Haley to get those errors corrected. Bravo to her expertise. Ute Olschewski

  I had the pleasure of meeting/working with Cox Retail Sales Associate Ianna Mesa who ranks among the get some of the finest associates (across the board) that I’ve had the opportunity to work with and/or assist me. She was kind, knowledgeable, personable, considerate and efficient . Promote or hire more just like her.

  I was told my monthly bill will be $115. I was also told that I was the first customer in 6 months to get cox WiFi so I qualify for a promotion for free data. But, in order for this I was told I need a free phone with service with them and use it for a few months. I was told I needed to pay a one time fee of $22, so I did. Well, my bill is $155 a month, I’m being charged a monthly fee for the phone, and I was lied to. The man who lied to me and scammed my husband and I out of money is named Alex and works at this location. We will be there tomorrow morning to settle this very upsetting and disgusting situation. I’d also like to mention I told Alex I would do this as long as it was free with a chuckle, he just chuckled back. How unsettling and rude to take money from us. We are very upset.
