The billing page showed amounts due but nothing about due dates and what period of time the payment was for. Javier was able to answer my question quickly by looking up my account on the store computer. Thanks to Javier I now understand my bill. Thank you Javier!

- LRLuis RiveraMay 11, 20262.0I called this Cox store regarding an incorrect equipment charge of around $300 that had been sitting on my account since February/March. Unfortunately, my first interaction with Bryan Curtis, who later identified himself as the supervisor, was extremely frustrating. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he mainly directed me to contact UPS and Cox customer service myself to investigate equipment that I never even received. The situation existed because Cox apparently shipped duplicate equipment after I had already picked up a modem/router in-store, yet I was still being billed for it. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership or willingness to help. I was simply looking for assistance resolving a billing mistake that was clearly not caused by me. After that call, I contacted the store again and spoke with Rebecca Brujan. She was professional, patient, and actually took action. She immediately helped submit an Equipment Research Form and clearly explained the investigation process for getting the incorrect charge resolved and refunded. Within minutes, Rebecca accomplished what the previous conversation failed to do. She provided the kind of customer service and problem-solving I expected from the beginning. Cox needs more employees like her. Based on my experience, Rebecca demonstrated far stronger customer service and leadership skills than the supervisor I initially dealt with. Thank you again, Rebecca, for actually listening and helping resolve the issue.
