- JRJacob Richards1 day ago1.0I've been having hard time paying bills because they stop billing and I'm not doing it online. That one lady was rude to me and also the guy at the store wouldn't give me a physical bill so I can get them paid which is why they have a business so they can make money but lousy service and I ended up owing them 2 months of back pay as they never called me or let me know I had a bill due or when it's due. A lot of them suck probably because of my faith and I'm disabled but not stupid may go to t mobile and cox sucks. Not the only one complaining about them.

- TMThomas ManjarezJun 28, 20261.0I live by Shannon Park apartments. My Internet here jacks up all the time so I have no qualms with saying Cox in Tucson sucks. The wifi has been down for a week. Got messages from Cox that the wifi is now up and can be used again. Go to log on to all my devices and I can't use my WiFi due to Cox locking my router or modem down. How do I know this is the exact problem? A message pops up when I try to play video games or surf the web that tells me my Internet provider is purposefully preventing me from using it. I can connect to but cannot use any wifi. The service here in this area is crap and the people trying to help are no better. I've done everything so far. No fixes. Have to wait for someone to come by to fix this situation. I have already done everything the pictures requested of me as well. No wifi. I paid on time as well. No wifi.
