  The service was great. They used a sign in sheet to make sure no one got skipped or had to wait standing up in line incase who they were helping needed extra attention. But even with that the wait was not long at all. I was helped by Tony who was extremely helpful, had great customer service, and cared about not just getting me set up and move on but looked at what I had on my account and helped me get the best deal I could. He was also very knowledgeable when in had questions.

  This location is amazing. Went in because I was going to reduce the services I currently have to lower my bill. Shon greeted us with a smile and took a look for us. Once he saw what we were paying, him and the manager Alex weren't having it. They went through every option available, and guess what. They were able to get me MORE speed, MORE data, AND more services for LESS than what im currently paying. These guys went above and beyond for me, and i cant thank them enough for helping us. Shon and Alex, thank you guys! Youre amazing.

  Dania was an absolute rockstar!!! She was incredibly helpful and professional during my visit. She assisted me with setting up my new router, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. I was in and out with no issues at all. I highly recommend this location for their professional and efficient service. If you need assistance, definitely ask for Dania — she was fantastic!
