- JLJacob Lindahl3 days ago1.0Thoroughly unhelpful tech just sits and stares at me and doesn't know anything about the equipment or my plan or what options I have. Answered basically every question I had with "I don't know" or "you'll have to call technical support." Funny, because technical support told me that they didn't know and I would have to go to an in-person store to get help.
- EEE E5 days ago2.0The people in there werent in any kind of rush. There was a long line and they were having personal chats with customers after their transaction was over making everyone wait longer
- DPdavid Perez-ArzolaOct 2, 20261.0I spent money on 2 Uber rides to get to & from this store only to have my problems worsen. Terrible service & lack of communication
- CCChanduSep 26, 20265.0Bodhi and Aileen are just awesome! Such a great service! These guys helped me to resolve the account issue in few minutes. Much better than talking to customer support on phone for hours. Hats off to Bodhi’s attitude and work style. He deserves a raise and promotion!! PS: sorry guys if I misspelled your names.
- BRBrandon RileySep 21, 20261.0I signed up for service last week and it has been nothing but headaches with Spectrum formerly Cox. From uninformed employees who told me they don’t have modem only to them messing up the plan I signed up for and not having any customer service that can help fix it. I’ve been on the phone for 4+ hours been into the store twice so far and I keep being promised it’s fixed but it still shows me owing double the amount I signed up for. I would highly recommend choosing a different internet provider if possible
