  This team is simply incredible. Craig, Alex & Tony specifically have been wonderful to work with on multiple occasions. When our family moved homes and had issues with the WiFi/billing, Tony was quick to provide useful insight and solve our issue. Due to our great experience with the WiFi side of Cox, we decided to switch over our phone lines as well - that was a major hassle due to complications with our previous provider. Although it was a VERY long process and frustrating for us all, Craig & Alex buckled down and worked together effortlessly to crack the code and get our phone lines working. They were both extremely knowledgeable and so kind to my family. Craig specifically was a joy to talk to and is a wonderful person. Thank you to the entire crew for a great experience!

  After Cox Corporate completely botched my new phone lines by crossing my and my wife’s numbers, spending 1.5 hours on the phone, and getting transferred 10 times to clueless agents, I was at my wit's end. Internal Tier 2 support told me my only option was to buy a new phone, and corporate support even hung up on this store's team while they were actively trying to help me on hold. Craig and the incredible team at this authorized vendor took total ownership of the mess Cox corporate created. Craig was patient, highly competent, and went completely above and beyond—even staying past closing time just to make sure our lines were fully functional and fixed before we walked out the door. On top of fixing the mobile disaster, they managed to find an even better deal on my internet plan and saved me $9 a month. If you need any Cox services, skip the corporate customer service lines and come straight to this location. Ask for Craig. The customer service here is unmatched, and they actually care about solving problems. Thank you, Craig! (Hope I spelled your name right)

  Associates were helping other customers when I walked in, but they cheerfully greeted me. Shon was quick to address my billing needs & online portal access issues. He listened, provided the necessary support & clearly instructed on next steps for how I was able to contact the support line directly to resolve my additional billing concerns.

  Tony was the agent that help me. I needed to pickup equipment. He was very attentive to my needs. He paid attention to detail. His customer service was exceptional. He is a valuable asset for Cox Communications

  I arrived to return cable equipment, and met Tony who reviewed my account and immediately told me he could find a better price for my remaining internet service. And he did! He saved me $40 a month on the services and doubled my download speed for free. I'll remain a Cox customer as long as there are courteous staff like Tony who go the extra mile in service
