- JJJSD1 day ago1.0Anyone know a better company? Literally have to unplug and plug modem/router in 1-2 times a day. Consistently losing connection. Had service come out 3 times, continuously getting new modem/router and still unplug/plug back in for a small one bedroom apartment- pathetic, rip off

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very respectful. What stood out to me even more was the difference in treatment compared to the AT&T store across the street. The Cox Mobile team was much more welcoming, professional, and respectful, which made the decision easy. If you're looking for great customer service and a team that treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Cox Mobile and Brennan Curtis.
