  I was told that I would have the same channels that I had with Cox after the switch to Spectrum. I have 4 missing channels and if I want to add them, it will cost almost $40 more per month. I received my first bill that was $50 dollars more than quoted. The representative I spoke to was able to correct the bill, and I appreciate that. Wait times to speak to a rep have been over 40 minutes until today... only 10 minutes. So far, I am not impressed with Spectrum. I can't compare wait tomes between Cox and Spectrum because I did not have to call them and was satisfied with that provider.

  I don't think this new spectrum has a network ready for the workload that cox was doing before, i understand you have to start somewhere. But they started way down in the gut, or they're getting way too nasty with their clients. I don't recommend this place at all for anybody

  We had a technician scheduled to come out between 5:20 to 6:20 pm and we received a text message at 5:10 pm saying the appointment was canceled. Called and was on hold for an hour and the representative said our technician left comments saying he tried calling and no one answered and came to the house and no one was there!! We had been sitting outside for him! The representative put a request in to have someone else come but couldn't give us a time frame and said they are 24/7 so who knows when and if they will show now!!

  They made it almost impossible to cancel the service and my father returned the modem/router with a personal belonging attached to the store and less than 24hrs later they are unable to do anything for us. We had tried to call before the store closed and when it opened no one would answer the phone. Terrible customer service and communication. My father made a mistake and was confused but if we had accidentally left a piece behind they would gladly bill us for it but because it's my property they are going to "Recycle it" I offered to drive and retrieve it or pay any fees to have it returned to me and she laughed in my face saying there's nothing anyone can do - no one to call no where to go and its getting Recycled. Which means one of their employees is going to take it home or they are selling my property. We left since they charged us higher fees then promised and the speeds were low but it's gone so far beyond that. Why would someone not go through equipment when returning it? Oh because you love to benefit where you can. Sad excuse for a wifi company.

  If I could do negative stars I would, had to return the old cox router for my disabled mom. After 2 hrs on the phone they said go to UPS, sat at UPS who tried to scan it and now that Spectrum officially took it over the barcodes show Invalid. I went to the Bell location at 10:39 am, no one greeting, several store areas with people in line, I didn't know where to go so a service person looked at me and I asked where to go to leave the box. This employee gave me a rude look and sharply said to sign in, but not where, I asked how long was the wait and he rudely says "untill it's your turn" I explained I was up 26 hrs at work and could he give me an estimate, he sharply said a half hr, an hr, 2....Just go to UPS. I'm like I did, it won't scan. Other employees just ignoring me and a few others who walked in, I left because they don't really care, they are beyond rude and the customer service is a joke. I'm canceling her service because both the phone and physical location are a joke. Definitely think the run around is a scam to pocket money since there's a deadline to return it or she has to pay $250 with no simple way to return it. Your really screwing people, but the FTC and BBB are addressing the report now. 👎
