She took me to a counter and was able to solve my problem in no time. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my day was the better for it. Thank you!

They delayed my 2nd phone order, then after paying $3000 for 3 phones, they declined my ability to trade in my 2 original phones because they closed the work order on the original purchase orders without providing me a method for the trade-in.

At 7:15pm I called customer service and cancelled the installation and will find a different solution for my internet service. Of course 5 minutes after I canceled, the installer rang the doorbell. 4.5 hours late!! Definitely reminded me why a cancelled them previously. Their customer service would need to improve significantly just to get to the level of being horrible.
