  Literally the worst internet I've ever had.. (Scottsdale, AZ) It's always down out throttled.. If I had any other options I'd bail. Unfortunately I don't. My previous residence had Spectrum for two years.. Never had a single issue.. Cox is slow, or down multiple times per week it seems.. I've done all the "recycling, of the system and website resets" and it makes no difference overall. Go elsewhere if you have options. I unfortunately ams screwed..

  We transferred from Verizon to Cox mobile and there was a mistake made during the transfer of carriers, and my phone and my spouse‘s phone got switched during the transfer so her phone number was on my phone and my phone number was on her phone and we have two different phones… Audra the manager at the Frank Lloyd Wright location was amazing and even though she couldn’t address the issue because it was after hours in the East Coast, where her manager was it was addressed by the next business day and we are pleased! Her attention to detail was impressive and her customer service is top-notch! Thanks again, Audra! Shout out to Avrum also, who was on top of things and called us today before end of business to make sure all was good to go! Great experience after what was a temporary “nightmare” for us!   We had an aggravating issue that resulted in us having to go and speak with someone in person. We were greeted quickly by Derek Nalette. He was absolutely amazing. He helped us right away and immediately solved our problem. Customer service these days are very seldom a pleasant experience, and he knocked it out of the park. If you go to this store, ask for Derek, more people should be like him. He really was very helpful, kind and got us on our way with problem resolved in less then 15 minutes. Thanks Derek!

  Cox is such a scam. They do not keep their word they charge you too much. No one shows up when they say they will. It is literally the worst business on planet earth but there is no other option for Internet so it’s a complete monopoly but if you have the chance to avoid them, I would urge you to at all cost.

  I have had some challenges with Cox in the past 15 yrs, mainly with the customer service call in number however I wanted to commend them on outstanding service in the physical store location. I came in today to discuss an issue with them and had outstanding service by DJ on resolving my issues. I would recommend if you are having trouble with billing or service to come to the store since this is my second time doing this and both times i received great support. The first time from Derek over a yr and half ago and today with DJ.
