  I had the most amazing experience today with YAMI! She is extremely efficient and personable. I am a new customer and thought going into the store would be a hassle, and that I might not be helped. However, YAMI went above and Beyond! She helped me and educated me about a new phone, upgraded me to newer equipments and was amazing through the whole experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

  I only wish I had enough space to articulate how horrid a company is Cox Cable. If I could rate them a Zero stars, I would. They intentionally lie cheat and defraud their clients daily. Example of a lie: I attempted to discontinue my service with Cox in July. After multiple requests to discontinue with the client representative she lied and said my service was terminated. Only to find a week later they claimed to have no record of my call. (2nd lie) They record all their contacts. Example of cheating: when I called to discontinue my service the client representative tried down selling me. They were able to reduce my rate by 50%. If they could do that and provide me the same service the whole time, they infact had overcharged me over the 18 years of service by $12,960.00. I could go on, but I will simply say: Under NO circumstance should anyone currently using Cox continue using Cox. Anyone contemplating new service with Cox Cable, DO NOT!! They are Cheaters, Liars and Theives.

  I was merely exchanging a remote control and realistically knew that there could be a wait on a Saturday morning. The gentleman that took care of me Avrum, was extraordinarily kind and efficient. My issue is with the store management. A woman was there who apparently knew the staff as she received hugs . One representative spent over 40 minutes just chit-chatting with her in front of the entire store while we all waited and after an additional 20 minutes, two more gentlemen came over and joined in the conversation. This is definitely a training issue whereby a customer's perception is their reality and when the store is busy, seeing three employees fawning over a woman who clearly knew them was unprofessional and unnecessary, particularly on a Saturday afternoon when the store was busy. Where is the store manager to control traffic?

  I can't begin to tell you how greatly my experience today differed from last. On a SATURDAY. I walked in, was greeted as I entered, hand shook, told I didn't need to sign in at kiosk and walked to a table. He asked me what I needed, a few quick security questions, and 5 min later he had returned from the back with my replacement gateway. He then walked me out and shook my hand again. Professional and pleasant. Far better than my visit a year ago when everyone was grumpy and I waited over an hour after impersonal kiosk check in for the exact same exchange. THANK YOU FOR CHANGING!
