  I was recently working with Ablaze media to do a website refresh. To be honest, it was not a good experience at all. With the initial consultation & emails I was specific on the changes. Tons of issues. There was a serious lack of communication and attention to detail. We did video meetings, that were recorded, to review the changes & go over what I wanted changed or fixed and it was like they were never reviewed. They broke things. They said they could do the edits and then said they couldn't. They changed things without permission. When I explained that we were not a good fit and I wanted to end the work we were doing, my website got hacked, which has never happened in the 12+ years I have had it. This was after payment had been made. Now I am completely rebuilding it with another company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
