  The router given to me was used and didn't work, I went back and exchanged. The service was ok, not great.

  Brought my 10 year old router in to get an upgrade, walked right in and walked right out with my new router. The young lady who took care of me was awesome! The new equipment was exceptionally easy to set up. All my devices recognized the router immediately, typed in the password, everything is good to go in about 5 minutes!

  Sat for 25 minutes while 2 people were helping or should I say co workers flirting with each other. There was no reason for the 2 workers. I was just swapping devices and had to wait 40 minutes. Bunch of kids working. Shouldn’t take 40 minutes to swap out a device.

  Jessie I believe his name was, didnt seem to care about customer wait time. Told me he would be right back and as he walked to the back he stopped to look at another employee's computer that did not ask for help. He started to joke around and talk to her and the customer she was helping. After that came to an end(5mins or so), he spent 10mins in the back. When he came back up front he did not seem enthusiastic about helping me. Wouldn't go back but don't have much of a choice.

  No greeting at all. 3 staff is sitting around chatting while customers were standing behind one counter. One came to help another customer and there is 2 employees still just sitting around chatting and CURSING. Cox needs to reevaluate why they are paying 5+ employees in a location that I can’t imagine is getting thattt much business selling phones. Either way. Horrrible customer service.
