  Long waits, Unhelpful staff. They only want to sell you more expensive plans. Lied about prices and hidden fees.

  This was one of the worst experiences I've had any store in awhile. I was just trying to pick up new equipment that we had set up with Customer Service, and Brandon made it incredibly difficult. We had been on the phone with customer service for a bit coordinating it and making sure it could be picked up, which we confirmed before heading over to the location. Brandon couldn't care less to confirm anything, and check on our account. He was adamant that the equipment couldn't be picked up and only shipped out, and didn't see or check if there were any options of how we could proceed. He was a bit combative to work with and whether that customer service was wrong or not, he didn't offer any apologies or desire to work with us to find a solution to the problem. We ended up calling customer service back after leaving the store, and they were great to work with, and made sure that we can pick up the equipment from another store (so we don't have to go back to this one), and it'll be available and can get it installed.

  I had spent 2 frustrating extended calls on the phone with reps who had no idea what they were doing and could not figure out how to move my service. So I went to the Cox store on Camelback and I cannot say enough good things about their service. I was one of the last people in the store around closing. Mikah Piper was an incredible specialist and was able to move my service to my new home and got me some incredible deals. He could not have been nicer or more efficient. It was a complex account move and a couple of other employees helped. They are a great team. Glad I'm moving close to that store---I won't waste my time with calling for service. I'll go to the folks who know what they're doing at the Camelback store.

  Julio at the Cox store in camelback and 18th St is the only reason I would choose to work with this company. He's been helping me in person with my accounts for the past 2 years, and if I didn't have free services elsewhere, he'd be the only reason I would choose Cox! He's got amazing customer service skills, kindly walks people out and holds the door for them. He takes the time to listen and works till he finds a solution. I hope they appreciate him and take care of him, or I may need to poach him for my company! Thank you Julio!!!
