  Do not get services Just wanted to start out by saying this company is filled with lies. I called a month ago to have services completed for internet. Was informed that , after coming out, that they couldn’t complete the services for another 3 months because they have to wait for the city. I was then told by the tech that he would just cancel it , if it were him. So I called Verizon, got home Internet the same day. I then called cox to get a refund. Was informed by that representative that it would be refunded the same day. I called 2 weeks later to speak to a representative about to to be informed that the refund didn’t take place because it was credit to my account. I said no, I don’t want any services with you guys. Please just refund me. I asked for Email proof of the refund being process. They can’t do that. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was just transferred to another representative who told me she was a supervisor then at the end of the conversation said she was just another representative. Then told I had to wait 3-5 business days to speak to a supervisor. When I was just told today that a supervisor would be calling me back today. It’s now 6. I called at 12. I called back at 5:45 to try to speak to a supervisor, to be informed by another representative that they are trained to tell us that there is no supervisor able to speak to us. Which is so odd. So not only is the company teaching their employees to lie to us, they are also stealing money. It’s weird that they need a money in order to even send someone out to start services, but when not completed can’t give me my money or email proof that a refund is on its way. I already forward this to my lawyer, and the state as well, as my bank. If you guys can easy take money from a customer, then it should be easy to refund them . Especially if services can’t be completed at the location of asking. Also, so weird that 4 of your employees told me that I would be able to speak to a supervisor. Just to be told by an honest lady that they don’t have supervisors per their tranning. Idk what world cox lives in, but I’m happy I recorded these conversations cause this is bullshit.

  No greeting at all. 3 staff is sitting around chatting while customers were standing behind one counter. One came to help another customer and there is 2 employees still just sitting around chatting and CURSING. Cox needs to reevaluate why they are paying 5+ employees in a location that I can’t imagine is getting thattt much business selling phones. Either way. Horrrible customer service.

  Starlink saved the day. Goodbye forever, Cox. Your customer service is ridiculous and your company is comparable to pond scum. I can't say enough bad things about this corporation.

  Ruben and Maria were absolutely amazing! They helped me add a landline phone for my husband and made the entire process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. They answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate how friendly, helpful, and attentive they were throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find such great teamwork and care. I highly recommend Ruben and Maria to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you both so much for making everything so smooth and easy!

  Very disappointed with Salesperson Maria G and with the store manager for not stepping up to try help with the problem. I walk in to make a payment towards my mobile service and explain to Maria G that and clearly said this payment is for my cell phone not my internet service. She obviously didn't pay attention and ended up putting my money towards the internet service. Then I asked for.a receipt and she lied to me saying it was the receipt for my phone bill. I ended up cox customer service and they confirmed that payment was sent towards internet service. I went back to the store on 51st ave and Indian school and it problem was not solve. You guys really suck!
