- KFKaren Flores5 days ago1.0On Friday, May 15, at 4:10 PM, upon entering the Cox store, my sister and I were met with unprofessional service. The employee, Brandon, displayed a nonchalant attitude and was not proactive in seeking a resolution to our issue. Furthermore, he exhibited passive-aggressive behavior by consistently interrupting our attempts to communicate. In my experience, his level of rudeness was unprecedented, and I believe that individuals with such demeanor are not suited for customer-facing roles. Brandon, if you find your job unsatisfying, I encourage you to pursue alternative employment that brings you genuine happiness.
- PLP l6 days ago1.0Cox.com was definitely the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. They had a monopoly in the area where I live, so they basically charged us twice as much for the service. Talking to sales reps to try to get a better rate was like talking to a brick wall. Horrible experience — not recommended. I switched to Starlink, and the whole process was flawless. I set up the account in 2 minutes and the equipment in 15 minutes myself, without needing to talk to anyone.
