  Had a great experience at Cox today. Mikah is a super positive, helpful, and knowledgeable person. We were having issues with transferring our internet to our new apartment and he made it super simple. I highly recommend this location due to his professionalism!

  Stay away. Very unreliable internet. Often goes offline for many hours at a time. Episodes of internet down for 4+ hours have happened 15 times in the last year. Need a better provider

  Just another company who tries to steal money from customers. There are so many outages and do they ever adjust your bill to credit that? If you think so, you are insane. You have to call and they will give you pennies for 7 hours of no service and also try to upsell you for no reason. This is such a gross practice. If I go over my limit they have no problem automatically charging me $10. I miss the finals game 1 last night because of this. I am surprised there aren’t class action lawsuits against companies like this, as they are no the only ones. (T-Mobile, I am looking at you. 👀)

  Worst customer service at this store. Felt like it was border line harassment. I really just wanted pick up my router but I kept being bombarded by sale tactics for products I didn’t want. (two phone calls before this incident that felt a little more like spam/fraud than sales). After I said I was not interested in any additional products the tech (named Mikah) proceeded to act confused and pretend that he couldn’t find my information. After continually shooting down any additional products I asked again for my router. But this time was different. Mikah finally got the hint but was rude and stormed off to the back. Honestly I didn’t mind that it took him 10 mins to find my router. What I did mind was the 5 other people who walked out and looked at my direction (including a manager). It felt like this was a malicious intimidation tactic because I was annoyed I had to say no too many times. Listen I don’t mind saying no multiple times to additional services but at some point no means no and any other tactic to get me to say yes is harassment. Honestly I would hate to be on a date alone with any of these men.
