I’ve had great experience with other COX services, not in person at this location. Truly, if I could give zero stars I would. 45 minute wait and then high pressure sales pitch.

Entering the store, I found three different groups of employees working with three customers. Of the six employees helping three customers, three employees were visiting with the customer while three were working with the customer. Meanwhile four of us customers were waiting for help. Once Eric came to help me with my return/exchange he did not credit my account. VERY POOR managed store and VERY POOR Working procedures.
